White travertine is a type of natural stone characterised by its pale, creamy-white colour with subtle variations in tone. Formed by mineral deposits from hot springs, white travertine features a distinctive texture with natural voids and cavities, giving it an organic, honeycomb-like appearance. Its surface can range from smooth to slightly porous, often showcasing delicate veins or flecks in shades of beige, ivory, or light grey. Inherent variations in natural travertine colour, texture and veining, as well as variance resulting from the hand finishing process, are to be expected and celebrated.

30-day returns on most items. Return shipping is free—we’ll email a pre-paid, trackable label.
No restocking fees.
How it works:
1. Email returns@andyscarpets.co.uk with your order number and reason.
2. Receive your RMA + pre-paid label and packing instructions.
3. Pack safely (ideally in original packaging) and drop off with the carrier.
4. We process refunds within 7 days of receipt (your bank may take 3–5 working days to post the credit).
Faulty/incorrect items: we’ll replace or send parts quickly and may not require a return.
Items must be in resaleable condition with all accessories. Exclusions apply (e.g., heavy wear/misuse, personalised items).
This is in addition to your 14-day statutory right to cancel.
All products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
