Receive your RMA + pre-paid label and packing instructions.
Pack safely (ideally in original packaging) and drop off with the carrier.
We process refunds within 7 days of receipt (your bank may take 3–5 working days to post the credit).
Faulty/incorrect items: we’ll replace or send parts quickly and may not require a return.
Items must be in resaleable condition with all accessories. Exclusions apply (e.g., heavy wear/misuse, personalised items).
